Finnian Doyle

Finnian is an experienced general practitioner with over 40 years of practice in his own right. His specialist areas are commercial law, commercial litigation, and corporate transactions and has advised hundreds of SMEs on corporate transactions over his 40 years of service. He is fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Ireland, Notary Public, and Managing Partner of Doyle & Company LLP.

Caolán Doyle

Caolán is our other partner providing services in corporate transactions. He has experience as a solicitor in advising on both buy-side and sell side transactions. He also has a diploma from the law society is Commercial Litigation and MA in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
